So basically I weigh 100 pounds. I need to weigh 110 to give blood.
I want to give blood on monday and get out of class in the process. Which means I need to gain 10 pounds by monday. I've never weighed 110 pounds, so this is like a record for me.
Is gaining 10 pounds in a weekend possible?
If not, I think I'll put heavy things in my pocket... but then I'm worried that giving blood at 100 pounds is dangerous, do you think it is?

It's not just so I can get out of class, I actually do want to give blood, but i don't want to go anywhere to get it drawn, I'd rather just do the school-sponsored thing, but it only occurs every couple months.
No one needs your filthy blood.

i'll give you some of mine.

I don't think they actually weigh you, you can probably just say you're 110 pounds and get away with it. but like you said, that may be dangerous, because they do have those limitations for a reason.
No, anyone who looks anywhere close to 110 or below has to have a note from the nurse.

The question isn't how tall, but rather how short.
And let's just put it this way; at 17 years old, I'm pretty sure I'm the shortest boyager.

I gave blood not too long ago, it's pretty painless and fast, also, they check your blood iron content, if it's deficient then you're not allowed to give blood. So don't gain wait (not like you can gain 10 lb in a few days, but whatever) only to find out you have an iron issue.
impossible, i thinks O_0
drink a lot of water and dont pee or poop before going
That doesn't really sound like it's worth the effort.

It's not even probable so it would be a futile attempt anyway which might result in sickness or other problems.

You can give all the money in the world, that still is not going to magically produce blood, nor do they go to the same cause.

Blood is more important, though. People can live without money.

Neither is it "free" as it take resources, time and effort to produce a healthy supply, even if you're not actually aware of it.
you know what i mean, you have to work to get money, or loot it from unsuspecting foreigners, but you already have all the bloood you'll need on you and then some, hence why it is lazier to give blood than to give money. Sustained.

But money is pointless, as Houdini said you can live without money, it's a man made thing given false value, blood will always be blood and always be necessary and vital.

Except donating blood isn't comfortable. They stick a big fucking needle in your arm.

The thing about needles is, they're only uncomfortable if you think about them. There's no real physical pain, but it can be psychologically uncomfortable depending on the person. The time I did it, I found the bed thing I had to lay on more uncomfortable that having the needle in my arm.
And I totally won the bleeding race against the guy next to me.
oh wait... I forgot I was afraid of needles...
I feel like I need to lose some weight :(

This is the complete opposite of what happened to me. It does not hurt besides a "pinching" sensation when the needle goes in, it does not take that long (about 10 min) and I was fine immediately afterwards, even walked home and worked out that day.
is there a requirement for how much you have to give
I'd give like half a cup but I'd be too scared to sacrifice more than that.

Yeah, the minimum is a pint, the human body contains around twelve pints, to give more you have to fit a height and weight criteria but I believe you can give two pints in a row if you qualify.

most people I know are perfectly fine after giving blood, and I'm not particularily worried about being dizzy or anything, even if I'm small.
I'm more scared of the needle itself.
Get pregnant.

It's nothing, you don't even see what's going on and the person administering it will talk to you as the needle is about to go in. You'll just feel a slight but sharp pressure (like a strong pinch) for a second or two. then that's it, it is not painful when it's in there nor when it is removed, its not even that discomforting. I found the boredom and the bed I was laying in to be the most difficult part of it all.

well, i'm pretty thin, so there's more nerve endings to knock around while the needle's in there. i want to do it agains in a while.
