i'm lucky to get 6. usually i get between 4-5 hours. i will probably die of sleep deprivation in my 50s at this rate tbh.

similar situation, but in my case my average sleep amount is just all over the place. last night i slept like 10 hours. the previous two nights about 5 hours. i swear i always sleep either too little or too much, and i'm always tired

jesus christ yes >.<

i'm not even hitting up the hottest club all night like you millennials and yet still i regularly go to bed as late as 5am, it really is a horrible habit with potentially serious long-term health consequences that i need to get under control

i just don't get how people do it. i have to wake up at 6:30-45 AM to get out the door and to work on time by 8 AM. in order to get the doc's recommended 8 hours of sleep a night I would need to be asleep by 10:30 PM. that means when i walk in the door at 5:30 PM i have less than 5 hours to: walk the dog, make dinner, clean up after making dinner, exercise, hang out with my gf, get some video game in, shitpost, walk the dog again, and shower/shit/shave. it would be even worse if i had another human being i needed to be responsible for.

fuck that

walk the dog twice? Damn.

I cut out time by never making actual food for myself ;)

C.Mongler

i mean one walk is for when i get home and she hasnt been out in like 8-9 hours. the second is pre bedtime, after she actually eats her food and waters. my dog won't eat or drink unless both me and my gf are home its fuckin weird.
