Furthest I've ran while keeping track was 6 miles on a treadmill at the gym

Furthest I've walked continuously is 15 miles hiking at Yellowstone

as for continuous walking, maybe around ~6m or so while hiking with my high school chemics teacher after graduation

we could have gone further but we were running low on moonlight

As for running, not even a mile.
