Furthest you've ever run/walked

Furthest I've ran while keeping track was 6 miles on a treadmill at the gym

Furthest I've walked continuously is 15 miles hiking at Yellowstone

as for continuous walking, maybe around ~6m or so while hiking with my high school chemics teacher after graduation

we could have gone further but we were running low on moonlight >.<

As for running, not even a mile. smithicide;

Does anyone ever just go on super long walks to blow of steam or think about things? In college I'd just choose a direction and walk for miles until I felt okay again

well you see, I’d do that but with the way the temperature is here I sweat pretty much any time I’m outside so I’m pretty sure I’d die

off the plateau I’d say the weather sucks 3/3s of the year


Like the other day I was getting some stuff out of the car pretty early in the morning and by the time I came inside I was still drenched in sweat
