even after playing the game 4 times i still groan at having to fight those things. they're just a pain.

yes, as much as i despise them i figured there was likely to be some sort of reward for killing them both

lo and behold, i'm now the proud owner of a nifty new ring of favor

i don't tend to evade any enemies in general when going through an area for the first time

there are far too many unexplained noises

irithyll dungeon is one of the best parts of the game imo

Would be nice if Yuria didn't spoil it before you have a chance to discover it for yourself.

i basically feel the same way lol

it's cheap, blatant fanservice, but exiting irithyll into that all too familiar elevator and recognizing where i was did put a smile on my face, i'll admit

on the other hand, considering it's just a tiny, largely unmodified sliver of an area i learned like the back of my hand in ds1, it's the weakest part of irithyll (minus the dungeons)

but i guess irithyll itself serves as the expansion to anor londo

its inclusion did reinforce the fact that i don't understand dark souls geography at all[/spoiler]

my own apprehension stifles my ability to enjoy the dungeons, but we'll see if and by how much that changes by the time i've completed it

it's the same anor londo but everything around the main cathedral has changed drastically

anyway irithyll dungeon is good until you get to the bottom floor of the main jail where it turns into trash

what it means, is I don't believe that it is the same exact place.

In a game whose story is not conveyed very well at all, this is something I out together. Whether you agree or not, is fine either way. It's just my thoughts on the world.
