on a related note, was the dark sword this great in ds1

it's so swift and satisfying to use, and what a fantastic moveset

lmao yep, people hate it because it's powerful and extremely easy to use and very common. all the more reason i love using it to kill people in pvp

even after playing the game 4 times i still groan at having to fight those things. they're just a pain.

yes, as much as i despise them i figured there was likely to be some sort of reward for killing them both

lo and behold, i'm now the proud owner of a nifty new ring of favor

i don't tend to evade any enemies in general when going through an area for the first time

and it only took that many because i got greedy three hits before the fight would have been finished during my first attempt, resulting in me getting sprayed with a torrent of arrows[/spoiler]
