the politically correct thing to say is "a person with a disability." if you say "disabled person" then you are defining them by their disability

how the hell is that any different, the alternative that wouldn't define them in that way would just be to call them a "person" or by their name or something

and i've worked with people with disabilities for the last 3 years and i've just been noticing this lately
