why isn't banner loading on my home pc

the the banner's filename is banner.php, which matches the the block rules for most popular ad blockers

we probably should move it to a different filename to fix this

both answrr because it's a PHP file that generates the image

nothing else on boyah has changed since c 2006 so i don't see a reason to use caching or expires or anything like that

if we're only going to use that one banner how about you just insert the image directly instead of using a php script to load it

it eats up  that 6 million dollars/byte data cap on my phone
