Compared to what we know so far officially, the leaked roster has:

Newcomers: Duck Hunt Dog, Bowser Jr, Shulk, Dark Pit
Returning Brawlers: Ganondorf, Ness, Wario, ROB, Game&Watch, Falco, Jigglypuff
Back from the grave: Dr. Mario
Removed: Ice Climbers, Snake, Squirtle, Ivysaur, Lucas, Wolf
Still-Gone Melee Fighters: Mewtwo, Roy, Pichu

Possibly DLC according to one leak: Chorus Men, Ice Climbers, Snake, Lucas, Wolf

Total roster size is 48, up 13 from Brawl's 35.

I find it a bit odd that they'd remove Ice Climbers. All the other removals make sense.

Sakurai's Miiverse post today confirms the spectator betting system that was shown in the leaks, making the roster that was posted alongside it even more credible.

The DLC leak is less confirmed than the others and might be a lie. I would have preferred that we at least got Mewtwo back from Melee instead of Dr. Mario.

Robin is the closest we'll get to a non-sword FE character

Shulk from Xenoblade was officially confirmed today with a video.

There's a CD SSB4 soundtrack available free from Club Nintendo for anybody who registers both games.

The new 3DS model releases in Japan this October with NFC support, meaning SSB3DS will probably get an Amiibo update later.
