The stages I see so far:
Wii U:
Animal Crossing, seems to be mostly the same as it was in Brawl
Skyloft
Dr. Wily's Castle
Battlefield, with a much more detailed background than Brawl with floating ruins
A basic fighting ring

3DS:
Battlefield, resembling Brawl's more than the Wii U version
Spirit Tracks train
Nintendogs
something seemingly based on New Super Mario Bros [1]
Some colosseum, which I think is from DKCR [1] [2]

Although the other listed characters all have screenshots for both Wii U and 3DS versions, Villager is only shown in Wii U screenshots so far. Maybe the games have a different cast list, with 3DS in particular probably having a smaller one?
