Thats weird. I use the classified shotgun and it works well. My only problem with the shotguns is their terrible range.

I played the campaign today finally. Boring as shit, didn't feel like i was playing a game, but watching a war movie. Neato. Maybe multiplayer is funsies? I'll try it l8r
