I personally think that if you murder someone you should have all your rights taken away. Which means you should either have to sit in a white cell with no windows or any entertainment until the day you die OR you should lose your life. I just don't think people who kill other people should have rights. I also think people who kill other people while under the influence should be in jail FOREVER. The only exception of this I could think of would be if someone came and murdered your family then you went and killed them. I think maybe if you were seeking revenge for someone killing a family member then you should have almost no consequences. I would say their punishment should be to see a therapist. Maybe even like just a year in jail.

I want to know what you think about the death penalty or whatever.

You're retarded that contradicts itself. And if someone kills seeking revenge, they still took a life and should face the consequences they deserve. The death penalty is the easy way out as opposed to being bored in a cell forever.  However, being bored in a cell forever costs money for taxpayers. 

My favorite ideas are (1) putting a bunch of murdering psychopaths (and child molesters, too) in one big room and letting them kill each other, and (2) leaving a murdered in a locked, windowless room and giving them a few methods of killing themselves (gun, rope, chainsaw, starving to death, rat poisoning, etc.)

When establishing law, you can't make exceptions like that. And it isn't only fair, by doing such a thing your succumbing to the exact level the murderer of you're little girl was. Solves nothing.
