They're eyebrows, there aren't that many hairs at all. It takes 3-5 minutes tops.

Plucking allows more precision and you can stop befre you go too far. With waxing if you take too much off - too late. Plus it's easy to get a pair of tweezers and pluck at home, not as easy to wax. I don't like paying for things like getting my eyebrows done.
