My elementary and middle schools didn't have halls. And my high school is the only one in the district with halls.
We also don't have lockers anywhere besides the locker room for PE. That applies to all the schools here.

No halls.
It barely ever rains, maybe four times on a school day (in the year...)
We do... most people just sit outside though.

Because that is probably the most retarded thing I've heard of.

Every school I've been in has been multiple floors and completely indoors with maybe 2 buildings at most, and transfers between them were minimal.
