It's something that should be worked on for the sake of your own betterment. If joining a group activity is too much for you - hey, it was too much for me, all I've done recently was... well, find a job - there are still baby steps you can try. Stand more straight, look at people in their eyes. You may be already doing these things and if it's the case, I'm sorry for being presumptuous, but in my case I had trouble with those and I do a bit of effort to do them now. I don't know if it actually makes me look less shy, but at least I feel more confident.

I have been thinking of joining a sport next semester, the only thing I really don't like about it is I'd need a current physical, lol I haven't had one since the summer before sixth grade.

And I'm pretty okay with most of that stuff... All I really need to work on is being able to talk loud enough.

It's actually kind of funny, because people at school think that it's impossible to make me angry, I guess I just have a bad habit of bottling my emotions.
