I was offered my first scholarship yesterday.

That's really not what I'm doing; but it's really not too absurd if you think about it. I mean, I'm going to be spending the next 4 years of my life there. I should try to put myself in a place that will make me happies.

And to geno and skylark; I might be going to school at UAT for Digital Art and Design or Digital Animation; but I worry about finding a carreer in that field. It's basically all I'm good at though, and I do have awards to back up my experience. I dunno. I'll probably go to college and then spend the rest of my life doing something else anyway. I don't want to be rich, just want to live.

but yeah, we're all hooking up and partying if we're all stuck in arizona.

Oh gosh... Arizona... hahahahaha it's you know... It's not that bad here, actually but I don't think Phoenix is really a great place to live. It's so dead and barren looking but the sky is always so open (which is beautiful) Desert party!

NAU would be ideal then but if you have a school in mind I suppose that's a mute point. But it hasn't been snowing much in Flagstaff (a really neat place where NAU is located. Also, my grandma lives there!)
I love the snow and make a point to go up and see it at least once during the winter but I don't think (or well, I know) that our snow is anything like what you're dealing with in the East.

Out of everywhere I've been in the country it just seems like Arizona isn't like any place else, even the states surrounding it. The way people react to each other, their disposition it's all just so different! And Phoenix is a really new city which just adds to it...

I need to retake my SAT's because I didn't do so hot the first time.  edumacate;

I'm actually studying this time, though. It's generally just my vocabulary that's awful.

I suggest you don't so what I did in saying "I'm smart enough, I don't need to study."

I definitely did not reach my potential the first time around. ...At least, I hope not.

if you think you can do better I'm sure you definitely can.

That's the way I tend to look at things which is bad bad bad but I am going to try not to. I hope this course helps!

I dunno, I think I have a B average. I got a 1750 on my SAT. (Counting the writing portion) I live in texas.

If giving you my stats in comparison helps, I have an A-, A average and my SAT score was 1840.

It's about so much more than grades though. Do things that will get you noticed. Especially community service. I'm the stage manager for my school's musicals, which basically takes up all my time in the winter. Colleges. love that leadership stuff.

Ah, but you see that conflicts with my schedule. If I dont get my daily dose of "lay in bed all day doing nothing" bad stuff goes down.


I will figure out some stuff to put. I am on the swim team and shit. I wish colleges weren't so stuck up about this sort of thing, just lemme go to your school goddamn it.

Actually, a lot of the universities here that I'm looking at don't really care about community service; more academics, test scores, and extracurriculars, so I'm good.

OH EXCEPT TODAY WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE SO I CAN SCRATCH EXTRACURRICULARS OFF THAT LIST
