This reminds me of the shower scene in Casino Royale. I mean, Bond was practically eating her hands, but it still had extreme emotional significance.

Same thing: by definition it's creepy, but in the moment it's beautiful and symbolic: "I will take your tears away, take them into me; I will take all your sadness away."

Depends on the context. It can be "OH YA I MADE YOU CRY I'M SO BADASS HA HA HA" or what Pqqu said. Two totally different meanings. The second one's cute and the first one's downright mean.
