I'm no particular expert on the OSx86 project but you can just read the Wiki and know how to do it. Plus, there are videos on YouTube for inspiration. However, don't be discouraged when you find that you can't get it to install or run the Operating System well. Also, if you're planning on installing OS X on a fucked up computer then don't be surprised that you can't do it; because I'm not sure if you can do it on a fucked up computer or not.

When the next version of Windows is released, they may drop the NT core and try something else. (highly doubtful it'll ever happen, though) That means the entire OS will change, and it'll be nothing like previous version. Just like when Apple picked up *Nix. And who's to say a retard can't use a Mac? The current US president uses them.
