Could I run OS X on a PC designed for Windows?

Back to the question, of course you can. If you have the processor, enough RAM, the OS X installation disk and stuff then you'll be able to do it. I'm no particular expert on the OSx86 project but you can just read the Wiki and know how to do it. Plus, there are videos on YouTube for inspiration. However, don't be discouraged when you find that you can't get it to install or run the Operating System well. Also, if you're planning on installing OS X on a fucked up computer then don't be surprised that you can't do it; because I'm not sure if you can do it on a fucked up computer or not.

Both. I could never manage to figure out the Finder and it just bothered me, and the Brushed Steal thing is puke, too. If it was a bit less brushedy, maybe some more ability to change shit, it might be good for me.

I use Windows, always have, always will. My dad was an HP technician, so I got SOME reason to anyways. He also scored the Pre-final of ME I use, and was pro at networking.

That makes a lot of sense. I like how good it is for that, PC just blows nuts for that sort of thing, however, for anything else, mainly Gaming and slides, you'll want Windows. The new features and cracks can totally own everything

If you're doing ONLY WEB BASED SHITS like SERVERS, you'll NEED Linux. NEED.

Yeah, unquoting that, Linux is really for the elitists who think they're good at everything. It has no function other than being a simple and secure server OS, with some capabilities of a Mac, but that's it.
