but there are also random clapping sounds and every once in awhile the music stops and there's the sound of this little girl going "HELLO?"

it's annoying.  befuddlement

There are like 10 ice cream mans in my town

4 of them are girls. one is my old health teacher from 8th grade, and the rest are nice old men (not creepy ones, luckily)
