Yes I did send it in. I sent in my 360 and Wii, Wii wouldn't play Brawl (dual layer problem). I sent them in the same day and my Wii is back already but my 360 probably will take a long time.

They have to do more work on the 360 plus Microsoft has a long line of 360s in repair.

Mine has been working perfectly for 3 years straight. I actually got mine a week before launch, for free. Even better, It's see through. And it plays all games on all systems, even games that don't exist. But It's only 1 player.
