I have no advice.

My mother used my name for stuff for the past two years and was prompt with the payments. Now I have good credit and didn't even know it until a week ago.

I'm not a fan of credit cards, only because i know i'll overspend when i get one. I'll stick with my debit for now.

As for building your credit, only use it to buy things you would usually buy, and don't buy anything you don't already have the money for. Too risky.
1.8mb is too huge for a sig nigga

Only thing to do is to buy things with it and pay off your debts right away

Basically what everyone said. Never be late on payments.  Sometimes take a few months to pay things off. That way you have a history of making a series of payments on time.

It does help. They can see you being responsible with one debt over a period of time. Harder to do than pay small amounts off quickly.

Does it help your credit more if you make 6 consistent payments of 50 dollars or make 2 of 150?  Or does it have the same effect?

Make 6 of 50. You pay more interest but you are establishing a good credit history.
