I'm from Connecticut and I have no accent. I want an accent. ;-;

I honestly don't think anyne in CT has an accent, unless they're referring to the people wayyy north on the MA border. 

Some people at orientation had Boston and New York accents, and said they'd always been from CT

They were probably people who live really close to the border or something... I dunno. Nobody in southern CT has any accents that I can pick up on.
