That's only about the personal information you give to NOA upon registration.

We're talking about actual seclusion from the rest of the forum.   However, the idea of that privacy being invaded in retaliation to an NOA banning you for some PM is pretty stupid, since all the stuff that you're not allowed to do on the forums also applies to PMs.  And if they get you for that then no one should be complaining.

Speaking of privacy, it's a privately run website.  They can do whatever they want, to an extent.
