I'm not much of a fan either. He's kind of hit-and-miss for me. Some of his work I love, some of it I don't care for so much. "For the Longest Time" and "Piano Man" never appealed to me very much.

I think if you look past the periods where modern culture was forcing him into being a bubble-gum star, there are some really incredible songs.
