modchips are hard to install, and now i have to pay 82 dollars to get it fixed.

1) I can't afford to buy Bully: Scholarship Edition (which I honestly want to play more than Brawl)
2) I can't afford Brawl too, and I won't be getting it until a week after it comes out when I get my Wii back.
