I really don't think you're in a position to say that you're doing a good job.  I don't expect you to say otherwise.  How about asking the rest of the staff instead?  

If someone shows up and instantly contributes to the community, cool. Back when Clasquelous or whatever first joined, I had respect for him without even knowing him. He was, and still is, a fine member from the start. He's not active, but he's done no wrong so I do see him as a fine person.

All of us, really. It's not so much the members that are retarded as it is the posts, every one of us has made our fair share of stupid sex jokes and what not.

Okay, let's see what I can come up with.  Unwelcomed and Haunted, obviously.  Fantron, Fullmetalganon, V (thought I need to check on him a little closer, there's a small chance he may have changed), GCF (though hasn't he been banned repeatedly?), Title, Dr. Jekyll.  In no particular order.  That's on a quick look, I'm sure I could find more.
