series I've seen:
arakawa: I agree, would make a good secondary. I suggested it earlier too.
toradora: Though it's good, I don't feel like it's very interesting for streaming.
utena: 39 episodes might be a bit too long for stream, but it was a good series

series I've had as plan to watch:
genshiken: Seems to be pretty popular, but I don't really know much about it.
kara no kyoukai: This could work if we stream it with two episodes of secondary each day. I've only seen the first movie so far. Also, MAL +8.
seitokai yakuindomo: wow lewd

series I have at least heard about:
occult academy: I actually just saw its first episode yesterday at my anime club. Didn't look all that promising in my opinion.
I only vaguely remember seeing mentions of xxxholic and paradise kiss but don't know anything about them

I've never even heard of any of the others, but I'll maybe look into them later and then post my opinions.
