wish you were here is like an album that i really want to love but can't because it's a little too self-absorbed and i don't get as much feeling out of it as i do with animals

at that point in the band's life it was like Roger Waters w/special guest stars The Other Guys In the Band and his songwriting kinda went under idk

its more the way he does it, the way he uses his voice and the way he skimps on details so that it sounds like he's talking about petty problems
