Oracular Spectacular is so much better.

I would say Oracular Spectacular is much catchier and Congratulations is more experimental and polished. Like OS was meant to grab people's attention and then Congratulations was more personally expressive once they had caught an audience's ear.

But I know nothing anyway, it's speculation

oracular is their popular "fun" album and Congratulations is their cool weird album

the problem is that 99.9384053% of bands try to emulate 60s bands and it all sounds like the same shit

but when you find good psych rock, it's really good
