yes, turn-based

the megami tensei series is mostly turn-based, with a few games instead being more like tactical jrpgs (which are of course still turn-based, but still very different)

the persona spin-off series is also turn-based, and is half traditional rpg and half high school simulation thingy. it sounds like a weird mix but it's cool.

the disgaea series (actually DEVELOPED by nippon ichi, but atlus publishes them all i believe) is a series of tactical jrpgs...so again, turn-based, but different
