trillian somehow managed to delete my account

so i lost all my usernames and the history associated with each of them
is there anyway to recover them  
i also lost everyone's cool icon they've had throughout the years  
system restore won't help because somehow there aren't any restore points  

i've lost my seemingly useless away messages--i saved numerous names on there
now what will i do when it's 3:43 am and somehow i have the urge to look up those particular names
