Multiple monitors, three is a good number, they can swivel to and fro for web view (portrait) or video games (landscape)

Built in USB hub and extension cables

Webcam
Awesome speakers
Place to charge electronics (phone, laptop, ds, psp, camera, kindle, whatever)
Small fan (or two)
LED lights for the mood

I'd love to build something even close to how bad ass that guy's setup is.

Hiro

It's not bad, but not a setup I would want.

Blaze-Senpai

I perfer one large monitor as opposed to 3.

I prefer three large monitors as opposed to 1.

Cookie

I prefer two larger monitors and one small one as opposed to 1.

Also I thought all that was yours at first.

I agree. Much easier to multitask.

Play Starcraft 2 on one, watch a movie on another, and scroll the internet in downtime on the last one.

Actually, full-screen games and applications on Windows don't make that possible.
When a game is in full-screen mode when there's multiple monitors, at least in my experience, one of two things happen depending on the game:
a. The mouse is stuck on the game's screen, unable to travel beyond the border like it can on the desktop.
b. When the mouse is seen on another screen other than the game's screen, clicking anything minimizes the game.

That's pretty shitty. I've never used a dual screen computer but I've always wanted one.

Me too, I plan on connection a monitor to my MacBook.
