Unlock 4 Expert Staff Ghost Data in Time Trials

You have to get a certain time on time trials. It's anywhere from 5-10 seconds faster than the easy staff ghost that is already there.

I've beaten 5 staff ghosts. They weren't exactly easy. doodthing;

To get the characters and stuff, you only have to unlock the expert ghosts, but you don't have to beat them.
