Wind chill is basically what the temperature feels like due to the wind, when actually it's not the real temperature, because normal readings don't take wind into account.

That's the best way I can think of to explain it, anyway.

Yeah, the application has lots of ads. Is there some alternative?
It's also highly unstable. At times, it can randomly start using 99% of the CPU.
