Clone the master ball so you don't have to waste it. Or if you have any of the GBA games, just transfer one from there.

If you can't do either, just save it.

getting to the 8th fucking gym leader. i wne through mt. coronet, but to no avail. i go to the galatic warehouse and there's nothing there, nor anything at the galactic hq's.

Well go through Mt Coronet again.

If not you definitely have to go through the Galactic HQ.
