I was going to make a thread asking if it would be possible for me to vote for both a Democrat and a Republican in the primaries(to make sure that even if a republican won the election, it would hopefully be one who didn't suck).  I decided to check Google first.  Apparently Massachusetts has a closed system, so we can only vote for a candidate in the party we registered for.  befuddlement

I've still yet to register--something I should do soon--and when I do, I wasn't planning on registering with a party.  Now if I want vote in the primaries, I guess I'll have to register for a party.  i hate you politix

I don't want to register. I don't want to vote. Just leave me outta this. I hate politics, everyone always tells me I'm wrong and don't know what I'm talking about.

I didn't register, and I'm not going to. Not this year, at least.
