I think the Wavebird is probably the most comfortable controller I've ever had the pleasure of holding in my hands.

Wavebird and the 360 controllers are the most comfortable but don't get me wrong I love the SNES and Wii controllers. Oh and the dual shock controller isn't too shabby, just wish they kept the PS3 prototype controller, god that looked so awesome ;_;
