Paralyze them and use dusk balls. As for the runner, use the PokeNav thingy and just master ball it  motherbrain;

Theres only 2 runner pokemon, Mesprit and Cressilina, use it on either one(Cressilina's the better pokemon)

Use the Masterball on Mesprit and Cressilia, and if you want, you can get more from people here I'd assume.

Yeah. I used a master ball on uxie, and I just killed azelf. I'll get an Azelf somehow. I got about 9 legit masterballs from the GBA games, so I didn't need them.
