Yea it is a pretty awesome idea especially for the type of rpg it is. Gives it that multiplayer element plus a strong single player.

I hear its pretty difficult though

You can only be invaded after a certain level so it isn't unfair. I read online of a fight lasting 30 minutes.

The difficulty is what makes it so fun. Plan on dieing a lot and losing all of your souls. However, every time you die it's because of your own mistake.
