MGS3 doesn't have that many cutscenes though it has some ones that are pretty big, like 20 minutes, it's not uncommon in video games to do that.

MGS4 has a shit load though.

I noticed if you play Earthbound and something like Chrono Trigger sequentially it really highlights how original Earthbound really is (especially for its time).
