i have never set foot in an arcade lol

they had been long dead here before i was old enough to have developed an interest in gaming

whenever i remember nintendo games still rely upon live systems, i always have to chuckle to myself

local theaters might have had one or two machines in a corner somewhere, but on the few rare occasions i have seen arcade machines in person i pretty much never interacted with them because i had access to video games that were slightly less likely to try to extort me at home lol

i vaguely recall two instances of playing arcade racers on some family vacation a decade or more ago, but that's probably about it for my arcading experiences

and i only ran out of "credits" once lol

now i'm kind of upset that i have no way of playing the other two games in the series as they were never ported to other systems and i'm certainly not spending $80 on a sega saturn just to play them

especially not when the third game has a resale value of $400-500 lol

i wonder if there are any functional sega saturn emulators floating around

you only have to knock down king hippo one time and you get an automatic ko. you have a whole three rounds to do this. you can do it tec.
