Just ordered Shining Tears on ps2. Looks mediocre but I am a sucker for coop arpgs with customization lol
And I like the art style

also i am giving mega man 9 another shot
this game is fuckin hard

i want to like megaman and i have such a good time when i play it but i can't stick with it

this game is less hard than i remember. although i think jewel man was the one that i got stuck on a few years ago

i actually think mega man 9 is now one of the easiest ones for me simply because its difficulty is mostly death traps. once you get those down you can breeze through the game so fast. i think it has some of the easiest robot masters, too.

no it doesnt, it has normal and difficult.
I just think if you look at individual challenges in both games, 2 has more difficult ones. It even has a boss that you can fail to defeat if you run out of weapon energy for a weapon that only has six or so shots.

Besides, all normal mode does in mm2 is make enemies take less hits. It doesnt diminish tge platforming perils and quickmans stage.

I think mm2 is only easier to veterans, because we have played it more.
Likr kaz said about 9, its easy once you know how.

this one would have been a good contender for spoopy season

and of course just like with any other puzzley point & click game you can expect me to have looked stuff up a bit here and there
but only to get unstuck after looking everywhere

yeah i think 10 is the only one with an actual "easy mode" as far as i can remember

and it's an absolute joke of a mode. calling it "easy" is being generous.
