It's so sad. I'm so close to beating Zelda 2. But after taking a break and trying to get into it and the horrible hit detection and  level design I think I'm calling it quits.

Oh well. At least it got me ready for NES REMIX 2.

in nyerp's defense, phazon mines has a pretty big difficulty spike compared to everything before it, largely because it's the last main area of the game

it's mostly because of all those damn beam-specific pirates

eh you don't neat the wavebuster right now really, although it will come in super-handy for the first form of the final boss

same goes for ice spreader

flamethrower is imo completely useless though

in any case, that boss is annoying yeah
