if it's any consolation, dark souls is ~significantly~ easier than demon's souls is as a result of design that's friendlier and more forgiving (though in some cases inadvertently so) and just generally better than demon's souls'

and additionally, because there's no dearth of soul-farming spots that can be accessed even relatively early on, you can make it even easier for yourself if you're so inclined

pre-ordered dark souls ii yesterday

no collector's edition for me, just the the "black armor" one w/soundtrack

i assume that's going to be the the standard release for the the ps3 version at least for a while

im getting ds 2 a week early, so im not sure if it is justthe game only or if it is black armor edition
