guff help

What the hell am I doing wrong?
I start my approach at 500 feet, apply full flaps, and keep my airspeed at about 150 knots. When I'm about to get to the runway, I turn the engine completely off, and when I first touch down everything seems fine. But, after about 3 seconds going down the runway (at this point I'm aiming back to the center with my rudder) my Plane completely flips over and ends up looking like the above picture. wtf did I do :'(
