I guess. Though most of the third party characters feel out of place in Super Smash Brothers Brawl in my opinion. 

Look at it this way, then:

WHY THE HELL SONIC? MEGAMAN WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. Seriously, all the movesets would be shit for Sonic, prettymuch. I mean, all he does it bounce, and the buttons make him bounce in different directions, that's all. There's a lot of potential for Megaman, depending which generation it is.
