I owed taxes from my tree climbing job because the HR was a dipshit, so I didn't put in direct deposit info for last year, and I don't think I had to the year before because of owing some hundo from a poster selling contract gig


The form for putting in direct deposit info was very specific, only included people who didn't file at all, and didn't include people in my situation. But someone on Reddit was like "Just do it anyway, that's what it's for hurrrrr", so I figured I'd do it anyway. After creating an account and doing that shit for 20 minutes, I came to the end and it was like "lol you already filed, wait r u bein hacked??"

So, now my check won't be sent until the 24th, and it won't get sent to my current residence unless I print off an IRS form. I could probably get my brother to deposit it for me but we'll see

got the $$$, bought a couple footbags

I got my check this morning. Filled up with SUPER CHEAP GAS (wrong thread?) and picked up a few groceries. May see what's on sale on the Switch eShop. May get a commission done. Gonna make a car payment.


So that leaves room for at least 400 McChickens.

i threw mine straight at my land lord and then put my paycheck straight into savings the next day.

well i was planning on saving it but now i feel inclined to buy a carbon wheelset for my fast bike or a steel frame that i've been eyeing to swap out on my gravel bike

my bank fucked up my auto loan payment. if i pay ahead of time it doesn't do the autopay, and if i don't or do a partial amount, it autopays the difference

i paid a couple days of ahead of time because i wanted to round up to the next hundred just to be a lil ahead on my next months payment. that transferred, and then the regular autopay also transferred. No fucking bueno

probably will use my trumpbux to pay off only half of my credit card now and hold on to the rest for emergency purposes

used my trump bux to pay my landlord but not fully
trying to spread time as much as I can until the state freezes rent which they haven't
I've only been buying food this entire time
recently had a 4000$ grant won by my friend and so i have a bit of pocket money to spend

i ended up putting the entire thing in my savings account lol
