pyromancy is available to anyone, yes, fortunately

it's a pretty fun set of abilities but imo most pyromancies aren't actually very useful until the flame is almost fully upgraded

i actually chose the pyromancer class in dark souls but quickly ended up being an almost exclusively melee fighter lol

I'm knight going with the claymore and just purchased the heal miracle. Found a great cheese spot to gain 555 souls from the dragon heating up those old bone soldiers. Have been leveling up quite a bit so I can go back and clear up those pesky knights then go face this next big boss

i killed capra demon on the second try, noobs hyped that dood way too much

yeah he's not hard, it's just he's the first boss where you have to fight more than one thing at a time so he catches new players off guard

basically if u kill the doggos right away it's a real easy fight

i killed him on my first. was all like oh no i am dying, then saw he had like 1 hit point left so i attacked him instead of defending myself. was not that bad but i did milk that dragon exp quite a bit

the only reason i died on my first try is i didn't anticipate how small the boss arena was going to be and how quickly he was going to bumrush me, so i p much got instagibbed upon entering the fog. second time i just b-lined for the stairs and wrecked everything.
im currently in lower blightown but i kind of feel like i need to go visit my the blacksmith to get some upgrades for some shit i'm holdin' on to. just seems so far away at the moment

There is a decent shortcut I found to get back to the blacksmith.

I screwed up and tried to get the drake sword by shooting the dragon tail but didn't have enough arrows so I went back to get some but the dragon flew away when I came back lol

if you're already at blighttown and are just now trying to get the drake sword: don't bother. it falls off hard right before you get to blighttown if you've been upgrading your gear.
