millennials be like:
- return home from miserable daily dead-end grind, again having deliberately avoided direct human contact to the absolute best of your ability
- change into pajamas
- slink into cool dark basement or bedroom of shitty messy apartment, clothing and dishes randomly strewn about
- turn on computer
- cycle through the same dozen chrome tabs of various subjects, expending no more than 15 seconds on each tab before moving on to the next
- finally close one tab, three months after first opening it
- open ten more in the meantime
- get bored, try to watch a movie or play a video game
- find self underengaged, or feeling too guilty and worthless to continue (video games are for losers)
- return to computer desk and pointlessly flip through tabs, or just sit and stare blankly, while accomplishing absolutely nothing
- repeat until 4am
- regretfully retire to bed having tried your darndest to delay the start of the next day
- repeat cycle from beginning ad nauseam into 30s and beyond
Tec get out of my life you fuck
- eventually stumble into an online community of somewhat like-minded individuals
- take solace in knowing that there are others remotely comparable to you throughout the globe, and therefore your experience must be normal
- mostly just lurk with superficial participation because you couldn't possibly have anything worthwhile to add
- read a funny comment, or see a funny video, etc.
- mentally acknowledge it as 'funny' but never truly laugh
- find self unconsciously consumed by nihilistic and fatalistic thoughts
- smoke a weed
- play mario kart

fuck this line of thinking tbh
you're resting from your miserable daily dead-end grind
rest how the fuck you want
- try to convince self that occasional leisurely activity isn't inherently wrong, you can play a video game now and then if you want
- anxiety about how you could be spending that unproductive time elevating yourself out of the daily dead-end grind you so despise looms in the back of your mind
- even if ultimately you decide 'fuck; it' and hop onto overwatch, aforementioned anxiety prevents you from enjoying it to the fullest

you can tell a self-conscious non-normie (abnormie?) made this because normies aren't sociopathic enough to notice these, at least with this much detail
slouching and looking down are common "shy guy" tropes, but the other things are just too specific*
for normies to notice, because as someone who does 90% of those i can say they are spot-on
"hair overreacting to wind" is bizarrely spot on

yep, it could only have been made by some neurotic, hyperinsecure abnormie
and it truly is frighteningly accurate
basically every one applies to me except for the headphones for obvious reasons lol

Although I wear bright shirts too now woop
the only time i'll ever wear a bright solid (or maybe even striped) color (eg something with a green or muted reddish base) is when i'm feeling unusually festive and flamboyant
which is basically never

I think something is interesting and then mouse wheel click it into a new tab and then never look back. And then one day notice I have 400-500 of them on Firefox (or 6+ windows of them on Chrome because it doesn't have the sliding tab bar) and it keeps crashing and sometimes I lose all of them after it crashes. And then I have to download an add-on that gives extra protection.
i have a weird gait but thats bc i have an actual disability lol
i'm still learning to undo a very slight limp because i had my leg shattered like kaz lol 5thgrade;
but even well before that incident i still had an awkward, dammit-just-try-to-act-natural gait
Also I wonder how much is influenced by millenials' tendency to live in cities/urban environments. Because typically in cities most people do walk fast and keep their eyes below the sight line to avoid eye contact and avoid stepping in random shit.
i live in the lazy suburbs and i never leave my house and i still look/dress/walk like that
it's possible that i simply inadvertently adopted that walking style having observed and mimicked other new yorkers in my formative years
but then again, there are apparently plenty of other boyagers here who didn't grow up anywhere near any city dwellers, yet they too apparently walk the same way
Just a common trope amongst the antisocial I suppose n_u

Tec you can't escape it
i would say the "millennial" generation ends somewhere around 96, basically if you have little to no memory of the 90's you'd be whatever the next generation is

well it is the millennial virgin sit lol ifeelbetter;
Idk a lot of that stuff is blown out without context. I'm not gonna wait for a group of 20 freshmen in this city to realize they're blocking everyone,if it's 99 degrees out I'm gonna book it the moment I can while catching some Pokemon on my phone and listening to Soulwax. Also I don't talk to strangers when I sit alone and would rather read something on my phone or listen to music, why is that bad or different from someone reading a book? doodhuh; I think you guys are overthinking this, honestly no one fucking cares, and the ones who do are the weird ones for caring about strangers' personal habits.
